A note from Eddie:

In June 2013 I began the process of merging my tech support company's operations with a larger company.  I remained on board for a 6 month period to assist with the transition and integration.  

Well, things did not work as planned. Many clients asked me to return, but I had a 2-year waiting period before I could return to business.
